Accommodation:

Self catering, fully equipped.

Kitchen/Dining area:

Fridge, freezer, microwave, gas oven, constant hot water, seating for eight people child’s high chair.

Living room:

Seating for eight, open fire, wood burning stove,
TV –DVD only, CD player, radio.

Bathroom:

On the ground floor, featuring a low level bath with over shower, toilet and wash sink, washing machine.

Bedrooms:

All three double bedrooms are on the upper floor.
Two bedrooms containing double beds, third room has two single beds, and there are also two air mattresses for extra guests, with ample room to lay these out.

Outside:

Garden furniture for outdoor dining, sun chairs, inflatable paddling pool, BBQ, and bicycles.

Local Activities:

Cycling, horse riding, sailing, fishing, walking, beaches, historical – markets, towns. Relaxing!

Notes:

The cottage is fully equipped, iron and board, hair-drier, etc. There are duvets but we do not provide towels, bed sheets, pillow-cases or duvet covers. Wood for the open fire is supplied free of charge, gas and electricity are covered within the rental prices.
Rental Rates A security deposit of £100 is required on booking. Payment of full rental amount is required 8 weeks before rental period commences. Deposit returned following inspection after rental ends.
Cottage not suitable for wheelchair access. No pets.
No smokers.
